At notwoways, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in brand new, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Sneakers

  Place the shoes back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the inspection is complete.
